Volunteers will work with Public Safety Leaders to direct cars into the parking areas. A member of the sheriff’s office will also be on site to help direct the flow of traffic.
Volunteers will confirm attendees hold valid tickets and provide wristbands, dependent on the type of ticket held. You will work with a trained team lead. Rosters of ticket sales will be provided.
Volunteers will set up 10x10 tents with tables & chairs at various locations, place coolers and fill with water & ice, hang signage, place trash receptacles as needed and complete other tasks to prepare for the concert.
Volunteers will take down chairs, break down tents, tables, and chairs, clean-up coolers, empty trash receptacles, and take trash to the dumpsters. A pick-up truck or two would be helpful with the clean-up and trash removal. VIP Chairs will also have to be moved to a location for pick-up access.
ALL Volunteers will receive a FREE wristband to the concert and a FREE food coupon to the Chick-fil-A Food Truck!
